As Senior Product Manager at Lattice, I oversaw the core Performance Reviews product, and helped scale the team, product, company, and culture, while growing ARR to over $100 million.

Used by over 100 million and in over 40% of north American education institutions, Instructure powers learning in classrooms and beyond.
