what  i love to do

for startups or companies without an experienced product leader on board:

I partner with your exec team and other leaders to define product strategy and roles. I'll work with you to define and craft your product vision, ideal client profile, differentiating product strategies, and product development process so you can bring your vision to life.

for  product leaders who are stretched thin and need resources and a sounding board:

I'm here to help you cut through the noise and focus on your highest-impact work. Get unblocked, and help your team deliver better and faster through implementing proven processes. I'll work with you to automate your busy work, ask the right questions to get to the core of what needs to be done and ensure you are approaching decisions through a rigorous lens.

things i've done

Castellum.AI is a vertically integrated AI company, focused on driving efficiency within AML/KYC compliance workflows. As Head of Product at Castellum.AI, I work across EPD and GTM to determine our strategy, select the most important problems for our clients and business, and set about solving them with the team. I work full-stack, touching every part of the product development process. I've lead Castellum.AI's product from seed through it's series A and enabled us to double ARR YoY.

BrightHire (acquired by Zoom) is used by companies to drive a streamlined, effective, and unbiased hiring process. As Principal Product Manager at BrightHire, I led daily efforts to enhance product-market fit through continuous observation, analysis, iteration, and delivery. I led BrightHire through the evolution from a point-solution to a platform, resulting in doubling revenue growth YoY and expanded market reach.

Lattice is a people platform built to help teams simplify their processes and enable their employees to do their best work. As Senior Product Manager at Lattice, I oversaw the core Performance Reviews product, and helped scale the team, product, company, and culture, while growing ARR to over $100 million.

Instructure is the leading provider of k12 and higher-education learning management systems. Used by over 100 million and in over 40% of north American education institutions, Instructure powers learning in classrooms and beyond. As a Product Manager at Instructure, I contributed to the success of their corporate LMS, Bridge, including a successful spin-off into its own company.
