I'm a full-stack product leader with extensive experience at B2B startups. I've nudged products to PMF through rapid experimentation, optimized products for acquisition, enabled mature products to compete and win in saturated markets effectively, and launched new product lines when strategy shifts. I think holistically about the business, our users, the user experience, and about how we craft and build, as every aspect of the work impacts our desired outcomes.

 

the long of it

My journey began at Practice, where I played a pivotal role in scaling operations, managing client accounts, and ultimately transitioning into product management. There, I honed my skills in streamlining user experiences and fostering growth, leading to a successful acquisition by Instructure.

At Instructure, I thrived in a larger team environment. I worked on improving our core product and enabling new use cases for our users, while we doubled our corporate LMS revenue. I worked with the engineering team to implement the Shape Up methodology on our team, leading to higher quality, faster deployments, and happier teammates. I joined the team at Lattice, right as the company was hitting hypergrowth. I oversaw our core performance reviews product, leading a reimagining of the set up flow to better improve retention resulting in significant boosts in NPS scores and user engagement. As the product team grew, I spearheaded initiatives to enhance team communication and alignment as we were scaling. 

At BrightHire, I navigated sudden market shifts, driving rapid product iterations to nudge the product to PMF, helping reach revenue goals despite a challenging macro environment. 

And now, at Castellum.ai I lead product. I work closely with the CEO and our lean team to craft a winning product and build a winning product development culture along the way.
